1. All Sales Are Final

All ticket purchases made through our website are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be exchanged or refunded due to a change in personal circumstances.

2. Event Cancellations

If an event is cancelled by SRG Productions LTD or one of our official partners, customers will be eligible for a full refund of the ticket price. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of cancellation notice.

3. Event Postponements or Venue Changes

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date or venue. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may be eligible for a refund upon request within 7 days of receiving the rescheduling notice.

4. No-Shows & Late Arrivals

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Late arrivals or missed entry

  • Failure to attend the event ("no-shows")

  • Being denied entry due to not meeting age restrictions (18+) or venue terms

5. Tickets Purchased from Third Parties

Refunds are only available for tickets purchased directly through the official SRG Productions LTD website. We are not responsible for purchases made through third-party sellers or resellers.

6. Technical Issues

If you encounter a technical issue during the checkout process or did not receive your ticket confirmation, please contact us at [Insert Email Address] within 48 hours of purchase. We will investigate and do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

7. How to Request a Refund

If your ticket meets the refund criteria outlined above, please email us with:

  • Your full name

  • Order confirmation number

  • Event name and date
